The texture on his shirt looks a bit off, so if I were you, I would create multiple layers of the texture (one for his sleeve, one for his pans, etc.) and use the ctr+t tool (with the grid enabled) and manipulate it so it doesn't look flat.
Other than that, this is really awesome!
