Description See. Music making need not be hard or complicated. Not when I'm around.

I was so bored today I just felt motivated to finally finish it. Everything I know about making music, which isn't very much, but enough to make some songs.

Hopefully it'll be helpful to some people.

NOTE: I forgot to add in the part about adding a limiter to your music. If you find your exported file sounding "crackly", even when you've played around with the volume, you might need a limiter. By default, all new projects should have one, but when you import midi files the project created probably won't.

Click on the mixer button (to the right of the button that opens up the browser) to bring up the mixer windows and click the little down arrow next to the "8" in the list of number on the right of that window. Choose "Fruity Limiter" from the menu that comes up (in the large list next to it).

You can play around and adjust the limiter however you want, because you can always restore it to the default settings by clicking the down arrow in the top-left corner of the window and choosing default from the presets menu.

That's okay. I'm not an experienced music composer, but the stuff in this tutorial has worked for me.
