Introducing Ryan! No, he is not a baby Umbreon, actually he is 20 years old. And no, he also does not have a diaper fetish, he just enjoys being weird.

Ryan is actually Sheela's brother, making him the older sibling by 1 year. The special thing about Ryan though is that he has the ability to switch between any eeveelution form at will! This power of his is controlled by the necklace seen on his neck. If the necklace were to be removed, Ryan would revert back to being a regular eevee, half the size of his "little" sister, Sheela. (Sheela sometimes likes to tease Ryan by holding his necklace over his head when he wakes up.)
