Well first let me say that this is very cool! i like the color palette and the overall composition. Still, there are some things that could use some improvement.
First things first: the anatomy of her body is a little off. Her neck has an odd shape, her jaw is too thin close to the chin and the joints of her fingers aren't correct (anatomically speaking). The hands caught my attention right away because they don't have proper proportions, and that kind of takes the viewer's eyes away from what they were supposed to be seeing: that being her face and expression.
Also: her eyes are a little off. One of them is higher than the other on the head. And although i know that the head is tilted to the side, it doesn't justify the position of the right eye.

Another thing that bothered me was the lights and shadows. Since it's a creepy piece, you could paint some colder, darker and sharper shadows in there while applying some soft, warm light coming from above. As for the piece right now, i'm not sure from where the light is coming from. The shadows under her neck are a very good indication but it bothers me that the shadows only exist there and in nowhere else in her body.
And on a last note: i also believe you could put her nose more in the center of her face. Just a tiny little bit. But hey! That's just nitpicking.

I really love your draw! =w=~
I love the dark and mysterious background very simple, and the fact that the character is cute, with an innocent head, almost lifeless, comm if indeed it was manipulated!
but you have a probleme with the proportion here, with this hand ! the hand of this girl is so big for she! but actually , thats not cause all of problem!
I think you could have managed better on the colors! like adding a little more dark on certain details!
but to tell the truth, the fact that you are using a color palette like it with a white line for lighting still gives an innocent, almost childish side

Hi! Ladydemmona here to offer you critique for Critmas 2017, and because, well, you asked for it! Before I begin I want you to know that my critiques are meant to be helpful and not hinder you. If I offend you in any part of this critique I sincerely apologize. Here we go! The first thing that stands out to me, as another person has said, are her hands. They are a little to big to be female hands. Also her fingers are a bit on the squiggly side. However I applaud you for drawing hands in the first place, they are by far the hardest thing to draw on a human in my opinion. The ghost hands, however, were really well drawn. I think the chains could also be a smidge bigger, and her hair could use some more shading. Maybe a little shinier like the rest of her? Other than those few things, I think you did a good job, the picture certainly is a bit spooky. Thumbs up! Anyways, I hope you had a good holiday and are having a wonderful day! Blessed be!

You did a really great job on making the hands see through on the ghost, and actually making the hands look like hands (unlike me).
You're very good at anatomy and I like how dead she looks (no offense I'm a gore fan).
