His side-dash ring-laser cancels out so many moves, he got on my nerves.

Third favorite: it's easy to avoid attacks (except Belgdor's Homing Missiles and ViperII's Homing Beam) and his heat-seeking weapons almost always hit. One of the funniest to use and to fight agaisnt, he really isn't that weak or useless

Well I lightly sketched everything out in pencil, then I went over it in ink and erased all the pencil.
