Description
I finally got around to making the first page of Restart! I like how this turned out, though I need to work on my panels more. (And poses, though I tried using references for the first few poses.) Perhaps I'll come back to this and edit it in Sai for color, but this is going to be Part 1 for now.

RULES
1. Any Pokemon that faints are considered dead and will be sent to a box as soon as possible.
2. You may only catch the first Pokemon you encounter on a route. (Dupes clause is in effect, meaning that duplicate Pokemon may be skipped until you come across another Pokemon that has not been caught yet.)
3. Shinies may be caught, but if they are not the first Pokemon seen on a route, they cannot be used.
4. Rock Smash, Surf and Fishing encounters are combined with route encounters. (Ex: I can't catch a Pokemon I see while fishing if I already caught a Pokemon in the grass on the same route.)
5. Interactive and legendary Pokemon do not count as encounters.
6. HM slaves can be caught any time, but cannot be used in battle, even if they are the last Pokemon, or as a substitute to heal another Pokemon.

There should be another page tomorrow, so stay tuned! (Though I'm way ahead in the game-)
