I honestly don't recall ): I usually save who made it in my files just in case anyone asks, but I didn't with this one this time. I don't remember if I got it off dA or tumblr @n@ You can always search 'seamless heart pattern', 'heart texture', or 'heart pattern' on dA to maybe find it.
