Description
Although constantly spotted off of the Fusoan, Gojoseon, and Manchurian coasts, this heavily armed Witchtype Neuroi has not yet skirmished with human forces. It has not responded with hostility to attacks against it, choosing to simply fly away. It so far has simply observed humans, but the military has kept a wary eye on it's odd behaviour.--
My attempt at a Witchtype Neuroi, since I thought the canon one looked kind of plain and unexciting.Β
This is not the one from the anime.

Yeah Im definitely digging this. The original one was so nice though. I actually kinda shed a tear when she was blown away by the Warlock

I wonder what would happen if she met the character I have in mind for a Strike Witches fic idea. He's a guy... and a pilot of an Infinite Stratos. So yeah, crossover and stuff, but he'd be dangerous if things turned ugly, though he'd be wanting to evade as much as possible, since he can't make magical shields. He can however carry an entire arsenal with him.

The Neuroi Witch was one of my fave characters in the show, even though she didn't last very long. X'D

I will be the first to admit that I love Neuroi girls. I'd say I even have a bit of a fetish for them.
I really love this particular design concept myself, it look's like she's a very capable, formidable and powerful witch class Neuroi. It looks like she's wearing a protective, reinforced helmet with shoulder... levitating I guess would be the word... laser port weapons.
Also after looking at the schematics and sketches of the X-11 class Witch Neuroi from the canon source material seem to indicate that the X-11 class Witch Neuroi are anatomically correct to the witches they mimic (probably makes me a bit of a perv but I gotta give the Neuroi Girls props for making sure they look and are as close to human as possible). Also it seems that X-11's seem to be trying to make peaceful contact with humanity compared to the rest of their kin. X-11 classess are just full of potential. They make me want to learn more about not only their people as a whole but also about the specific X-11 class herself. Just what goes though a Neuroi's mind I wounder?
Who knows, perhaps we might see witches and X-11's working together?
Or perhaps even an X-11 class learning the ways of love...?
Ah but at any rater I love Neuroi-chan here; she looks beautiful and badass. I hope we get to see more of her and other iterations of Witch form Neuroi. Witch class Neuroi need a little more love.

I always thought that the X11 must have extracted the DNA of a dead Joint Fighter and somehow integrated it into its body, so that it could possibly match, if not outperform their main enemy. Sort of like Dark Samus did in Metroid. However, it could not do it perfectly, and tried to seduce Yoshika so that they could infect her and truly have a Joint Fighter.
I always thought that the Neuroi are like the Phazon in Metroid, or the Aurum in Kid Icarus. A race of Parasitic Biomechanical Organisms who have some intelligence but no emotion. They want to infect, consume, and convert all possible hosts and their only real concern is their continued existence.
BTW I designed a Fan-character called Neuroi-Kun X10, who is basically like a Male one of them. Check mine out.

So many theories have been put forth regarding the Neruoi, but only a few of them sounded remotely plausible. I've always felt that the Neruroi were a people with a very bizarre biology driven by some goal deeply ingrained in them to collect as much resources as possible to make more of their kind, and naturally they are very stubborn at carrying out their missions and fulfilling their objectives. You gotta be when you and your people have been around long enough on Earth to have been their since Egypt was at it's height for reasons that while unknown to humanity are important to you..
This is one possible interpretation.
Although a friend of mine and a fellow fanfic writer thinks that Neuroi are a race of "Edlritch Abominations" or "outer gods", the majority out to make war with the universe and leave only one race: that of Neuroi. With only a small minority of Neruoi wishing to forsake and defy a campaign of genocide, regardless of what their fate may be.
This is another possible interpretation.
The thing with the Neuroi: the are mysterious enough in cannon that we can fill in the blanks if we so wish. Or alternatively... we could leave the questions surrounding the Neuroi a mystery? Either way: the Neruroi are just amazing. You just gotta love em.
Especially Neruoi girls: Neuroi Girls are the best Neruoi. Β

I know. That's one of the many thiings thatΒ makes them so awesome to me, and one of the many reasons why I love Strike Witches.
It's not just Mindless Fan-Service like some people say. It's a really awesome WWII combined with futuristics series!

I like it. The canon one I enjoyed, but this could be like her Super Form or something.
