Part of an art trade with =myst-saphyr .From what I've seen of the Fourth Doctor when he's in a situation, he always seems to flip a table and dive out of the nearest door/window.
My kind of Doctor.
And let me just say that I had nearly no references for him while I was drawing, so I apologize for any inconsistencies. On the plus side, this is one of the cartooniest things I've drawn in months. ovo
