From my visit to Estonia and ebe-kastein :Blue springs of Saula (more green than blue, actually). It is a sacred place ruled by a water spirit named Tölp, who has a blue coat and a staff. There is also a mermaid there, but she doesn't have a name
You can bring an offering of a silver or copper coin and take some water, which should have healing properties. Related content

Lovely that it's a sacred spot that hasn't been turned into a tourist attraction, but still looks wild and natural!

The bottom is sandy, and those rings are the places where the water bubbles to the surface through it. I haven't seen anything like that before, there are layers of black and white sand, and as the water moves through it, the circles change shape and it looks like it's actually breathing.
