i just bought a IR filter too , so you`ll start seeing this kind of photos in my gallery too
i felt in love with my IR filter , lol
ps. try using it on ppl , but you will need a long exposure time ... ask them not to move , not to blink and not to breath , lol ... the skin will look very interesting and the hair too ... brown hair especialy ...

O tak, nawet jak robiłem zdjęcia o 15, to trzymałem mocno statyw, rozglądając się nerwow, żeby ta przechodząca obok staruszka przypadkiem się na niego nie rzuciła i nie wymieniła na Biovital.
Człeka po prawej zostawiłem celowo i umieściłem w widocznym punkcie, bo tak mi się bardziej podobało. Czternastu innych ludzi wymazałem, bo robili mi bałagan na kadrze. Wrr, tak to jest z Polami Mokotowskimi. Człowiek chce się wczuć, zamknąć oczy, poczuć szelest liści, wyobrazić sobie kadr, nastę
Ogólnie delikatnie mówiąc, wybrałem sobie zły dzień na robienie "lokalnych krajobrazów" ;]
Choć pogoda na IR była idealna.
Co do samego zdjęcia, to podoba mi się bardziej kolorystycznie, niż tamto, ale kadr zdecydowanie lepszy w drugim.

Yea whole set (tripod + filter) is quite expensive, especially when you want to buy expensive tripod but it is not necessary. In my country these filters aren't very expensive but it of course depends on its' diameter. I bought 52mm and it was quite cheap as for my pocket

In Poland we pay in "zloty".
IR filter = 98 zl
And tripod for 260 zl.
1 Euro costs about 4 zloty ~ 4,5 zloty.
So it can be about 69-79 Euro.
But of course there are much cheaper tripods and most of them are great.
