Flurry was having a normal stroll through the Crystal Empire, She liked the lonely feeling to got from these strolls. No royal worries and no royal task, just her and no pony else. Of course not everything is simple for strolls of a Princess, either young children would want to say hi or young mares and stallions would be trying to flirt with the princess. Flurry didn't mind the children, heck she endured their joy seeing her but the grown ponies would get rejected. Its a pretty common tradition for her and all of the Empire, any new pony would attempt to get the Princess's heart but all were turned down. Originally she found it funny but slowly grated on her already low patience. Daily became a thing and the more, she had to deal the more she regretted the stroll.

Today was no different, young fillies and colt would trot over to her and be greeted with a simple smile and the annoyance was shown to ponies would attempted her love. Until one moment on her stroll "Um.. hello" spoke a timid stallion, shaking in front of the Princess. Flurry stood in front of the stallion "Oh great, another one" she thought to herself full of frustration. "Look buddy, I've told this to every pony today. I'm not romantically interested" Flurry gave a stern look at the pony who flinched in the reaction, The stallion took a breathe and spoke once again confused at the response. "Romance? Oh... no no! I'm not asking for that" The stallion whimpered trying to keep calm "I was hoping for-for directions to the Castle, I'm not exactly from-from here." Flurry relaxed her facial expression, confused at the ponies clear obliviousness, "You mean the giant castle over there" Flurry points towards the crystal palace.

The stallion followed the point, then shuddered in embarrassment "Oh... right Sorry, Sorry I thought that was for the umm...", Flurry was stunned at the lack of knowledge from this stranger. He didn't even know what the item the Empire lives off of to begin with. "The Crystal heart?" Flurry helping to finish his sentence, "Yes.. yes thank you Miss.. uhh?" the pony responded, Flurry was more wowed by the second "He didnt even know was the bucking princess, what" She realized something was off about this Unicorn, She only just took notice to his lack of a cutiemark. "I'm Princess Flurry Heart, of the crystal empire and the Princess of Love?" Flurry wanted to see how he'd respond back, anypony would know who she is "OH, I'm deeply sorry... I've heard the name but never seen the face" The stallion looked more ashamed and nervous at the his lack of knowledge. "It's quite alright Mr.. uh?, sorry I didn't catch your name" Flurry retorted at the pony.

"My name?, OH my name is... uhh" The stallion look surprised and looked like he was struggling to think of his own name, Flurry opened her mouth to ask a question but was silenced as the stallion loudly stated at her "Purple Flare!". Quickly putting his hoof towards realizing how loud he was in front of the Princess "I'm sorry" he softly replied, Flurry had her suspicions on this pony but he did enjoy her time with him. "It's quite alright, Here I was about to return back to the castle if you'd like to join me. I'm quite interested though on why you need to go there" Flurry spoke in a kind voice, this is quite of rare thing from Flurry to do towards another pony. Flare replied in a confident tone compared to his original timid voice "Oh! of course Thank you Miss. I need to ask the King something important". Flurry left a small grin on her face "Well then, let's go" Flurry and Flare trotted towards the castle.

Finally tried to do my story stuff yay, And yes I am well aware Flurry's magic in show is yellow but based on what we know on Unicorn magic colours being either eyes or cutiemark and since none apply here, I changed the magic colour.
