Actually I'm not too sure which one looks better, black or champagne. It turns out that the black one has little detail on photo, which looks not too good.

I think both of them look great, I really like the black one as a personal preference. 
The black one might show up better if the background was a brighter color like white.
A close up shot and more lighting in the photos might also help with this.

Well...I prefer black outfit with dark color backgroud. But it's kind of hard to control the light.
