Hey, EBF characters do have noses. If you look, you can see a tiny spot of shading right under where the nose would be. There's no nose shown, but shading shows it's there.

Shading does not mean nose in the world of anime/actual art. You need a line or dot of some sort for it to qualify as a nose.
You could make the same argument for Lucky Star characters, but the fact is, THEY HAVE NO NOSES.

Too bad it was based off lance, or we could have the same simialr hilarity with EBF and this image as we did with the original one and Satori (those who know what image I mean know what I mean.)
