You definitely have it extremely close to the reference pic! wow. From this drawing, I thought she was a blonde! Red is nicer

i know i've do the hair not as dark as it do, but i was too afraid and i've stop at this point...

It looks fine! I'm sure if you took a black and white picture of a red head and a black and white picture of a blonde, you couldn't tell which had what color of hair
