Wow....the first thing that came to my mind was to laugh at the woman's expression. Hahahah...and then I saw the hand in the background. Freaky! I really love this composition! It gives a mixture of comedy and horror all in the right dose.
Also, I'm not sure if I'm seeing things right but I see some really faint shapes/lines above the petrified woman. May I ask is it there intentionally?

Bloody brilliant!
The work itself is very well done, but the details! The whole thing is making me wonder... Who is this Woman in White? Is she a "good" spirit? Is she there to protect the woman from the potentially evil presence in the background? Was the woman even aware of that presence when she was in the bathroom, fetching her glass of water? *shiver*
This is why I don't get out of bed, once I am done for the night... who knows what lurks in the quiet corners of our homes?

I'll be honest, I didn't quite know what I was looking at at first, aside from the blatantly obvious. An angelic being, the scared girl. There is obviously some serious photomanipulation skill here. I mean especially how floaty and ethereal the angelic girl is.
Then I saw that hand. Waaay back there just chilling in the background.
That hand makes this piece something completely different.
That hand. Creepy. As heck.
