I have to thank my scanner for this one. It once again darkened and lgithened different parts on this pic, but it made it look sort of like water shining all over the fish.Sort of random chara, and sort of not. I'm trying to design a fish character for my comic strip that I want to make. Getting closer, but not quite. I think I might make her male instead. It seems to work better.
