Additional facts:- Aten calls Igneous "Iggy" for short.
- 3 pupils per eye.
- Her angler antenna glows.
- She's amphibious but she needs her water, which is why she carries around a damp scarf...that she "borrowed".
Elemental Realm
Aten originates in a land where time means nothing, it is a land eternal that is connected to various worlds were the elementals help shape forests, oceans, mountains, and storms. Ruinistic waypoints litter the elemental realm, they can lead to any where and when.
Time Period
Again, time isn't a thing where she comes from.
History
Aten was bullied by her kind when she was young, she wasn't the strongest or smartest and was ridiculed for it. Eventually she ran away and found Iggy and became the best of friends. Together, they explore the world and try their best to stay out of trouble—keyword "try".

She's water-based, her weaknesses and strengths should be straight forward—I'd be surprised if she is magically immune to electricity. Though, I wouldn't be surprised if someone exploited it right off the bat... I:

Well the vast majority of animals that use electricity offensively are sea creatures so I wouldn't be surprised if she was immune.
I wouldn't see it as a "super effective" sort of weakness it could be something more indirect 
You better watch your back, like 25% of the entries use lightning . Which is alright by me
