I really like the element of your style and the content of this piece
it speaks volumes to me,
I like the tree of arrows, it's as if it's fruit are the clocks hanging from it. Also, those two girls represent yin and yang almost (to me. don't mind my observations 
This would be a cool piece to spend a lot of time planning out and making into a painting
