If Twilight was look up to Celestia before, I can only imagine how UP she'll look to her now at this size. Her view of mighty mentor will jump to a complitly new level.
Hopefully Celestia will notice her student. It would be a shame if she accidently stepped on her (thought if that would happen, I'm sure Twilight's levitation would be strong enough to keep her hoof at bay. Twilight's magic is insamly strong. It lifted Ursa Minor after all).

Well... even if Twilight would be fine at the end of such accident, it would still get a bit awkward. I mean, placing her exausted student on sole of her giant hoof (or back of her golden horseshoe) and saying "I'm sorry for almost stepping on you, my little pony." This exchange would be quite embarassing for the mighty princess.
