Description
Silhouette's latest project! Vest and shirt made all patterned and made from scratch, and the pants will be modified in the future. Still awaiting the dreaded zipper stops for details.

Wow, fabulous work. Can I ask where you managed to find that fabric? The pattern on the coat especially, but the shirt as well?

Thank you! The shirt texture I actually made on a machine using a double needle; it creates pintucks in the fabric by pulling it together slightly. So I basically did that one line at a time, heh. The coat pattern is embossed by hand; I made a small stamp replicating the design and then used a stamp pad and embossing powder (it's a method you can probably look up).

Aha, I totally didn't realise this is a different photo than I thought. My second tunic/shirt I did the double needle for. This one is just random fabric I found in my stash and I have no idea where it came from, honestly. xD

You are the most accurate Loki cosplayer I have ever seen and no matter which of Loki's outfits you choose they always turn out fantastic. Now, I need to ask, are you ever going to make Loki's Avengers armour?

If you mean the full 'King' armour set... possibly, at some point, but not in the near future I don't think. That helm is terribly intimidating. xD Also, my next Loki will probably be the outfit he wears on Jotunheim in the first film. Been admiring that one for some time now.

Yeah, his outfit from the first film looks quite cool too, so I am looking forward to see your take on it - it wil be awesome, I know it. 
Btw, I did not now that Loki's Avengers armour is called King Armour, sounds like some amazing unique armour set from a MMORPG.

Well, I don't know if it's the official term, but 'King Loki' is the term that seems to have been accepted among cosplayers for the full armour. And yeah, the helmet is why I'm hesitant... I'm not a huge fan of it, myself; I tend to like the sleeker, more fitted costumes. Then again, having a cloak is always a plus.
