Aww, I love it, especially the cute freckels
Also the additions of the background and the complete "light/bright" color style adds a lot to the peaceful mood of the artwork.
She is sitting on a hill near the farm of her parents (maybe i should rename her "The Peasantgirl (aka The Witch)") , the sky is blue, the shine reflecting in her copper hair, her fingers touching the soft grass ... i wonder what she sees and what makes her smile so happily.
Also the coloring is great, especially the hair and skin is simpy
Thank you so much for this wonderful image and coloring ... she is really very beautiful ... like you said in the b/w sketch is is sad that she is tortured and burned at the stake in the end of the story 
But I think that part also makes her a bit special and interesting. She is not just a happy medieval peasant girl, or an innocent "witch" executed for crimes she did not commited ... she is both and most people can find on her something interesting and likeable

Done, may take a few days for the appoval though ... and besides the freckels let not forget the wonderful hair and the green eyes (which is the basic description - Red hair, green eyes, freckels)
If you ever feel bored and don't know what do draw and don't drow in requests (which you will surely do) feel free to draw her again
