That story I keep mentioning, I'm going to reveal what it's about.

Set in Canada.
The story is about a young girl named Malice growing up in a small town. She befriends a boy, Jesse, that joins her class at the beginning of the semester. Malice soon finds out that Jesse has gone missing when the police are knocking at her door. Malice begins to have strange dreams where she finds herself in an obscure place filled with cogs and dangerous demons. With each dream she has unlocks a clue to where Jesse lies. Malice uses the dream to help Officer Franklin find Jesse.
