Runaway Once-ler again.Experimenting with colours. @__@ I really love wind and sunsets. And GODDDD I just love those extended coattails HHHNNNNNGGGHHHHH
I'm actually kind of proud of how this one turned out!
I listened to "Lazy Afternoons" from the KH2 soundtrack while colouring this.

when i saw the title of this picture i was like "WAS SHE BEING LAZY WHEN SHE MADE THIS!?! THIS IS TOO DETAILED TO BE A LAZY DRAWING!!!", and then i clicked on it and saw the description and was like "OOOOOHHHH! that makes more sense!" REALLY great pic!

I'm watching it right now (had to take some breaks; dinner, dessert) but so far, it's AWESOME. I thought I wouldn't be impressed, since I thought it would be so different from the book I thought I wouldn't like it, but the studio did a great job.

I read your review.
I agree with some points in it, like how they should have focused more on the Once-ler and the Lorax instead of all the extra characters. Ted was in the book though. He was that little kid that went to visit old Once-ler. I also wish they could have spent more time fleshing out his factory stage instead of summarizing all of it into one song.
I'm glad though that they made the Once-ler human (he was human in the book too though? It's just that all we ever saw were his arms), because if they didn't, there most likely wouldn't be a Once-ler fandom and I might never have gotten back into seriously drawing again. I wouldn't have made all the friends I made, and I would probably still be depressed too. :>

Exactly. You summed up most of my problems right there. I liked the Once-ler's human design, honestly. I just wish they'd focused a little more on the development of his factory, too.
