I'm 98% sure that L was a virgin when he died!!!No offense, but since he lingered all his life in shadows, and never had friends, and Watari was his only link to the outside world. And even his creators admited in Death Note How to read 13 "He doesn't seem to have much experiences when it comes to womens", plus he suffers of autism, but that makes him a super-uber genius.
It doesn't surprise me at all that he was virgin at his age of 25 when he died!

And I also did some researches of myself by examining every of his moves. I also came to this conclusion, well at least at the conclusion that he suffers some retardation, in which case autism is close to it.
