I'm 98% sure that L was a virgin when he died!!!No offense, but since he lingered all his life in shadows, and never had friends, and Watari was his only link to the outside world. And even his creators admited in Death Note How to read 13 "He doesn't seem to have much experiences when it comes to womens", plus he suffers of autism, but that makes him a super-uber genius.
It doesn't surprise me at all that he was virgin at his age of 25 when he died!

yes, it came first. we can only presume what he has exactly, especially if there are no mentions of it. But him, being all weird and all, we think it's autism that made him a genius.

asberger's is a milder version of autism (there are three levels in all). asberger's syndrome is when someone has difficulties interacting socially. but some with asberger's syndrome are like super-smart. L has trouble interacting, but he's awesome at deduction and stuff.

As for autism, I live with an autistic brother, and I don't think he's that far, but I can see him having aspergers. I can tell you from experience that it makes social life difficult enough.
