4.) These are not first-come-first-serve. AUDITION STYLE!
5.) You have to incorporate the name "Caboose" into your comment. Try and be creative. IDK. Don't just say "Caboose." cause that's flippin' lame.
6.) Only minor design changes (just make sure to have the design at least recognizable as the original here)
7.) You can change the species.

Rule #15: If at any time, I've referred you to this rule, then I'm sorry, you've been eliminated from this adopting process. I really want to keep my adoptions as fair as possible, and part of that requires people to read and follow my rules. The rules are set up so that people who are really dedicated to a design can demonstrate this by following simple directions. There have been far too many instances in past adoptions of people ignoring my rules, and it only leads to a buttload of extra work for me to sort through. And right now, this is the only way I can deal with such negligence. So I apologize once again, but as of now, you are no longer eligible for adopting a design. Please feel free to try again next time.
