that Chara and Frisk are female is part of my head canon (even though I can prove it with one line of dialog in the game)

Genocide run:
When the possessed Frisk shakes Sans's hand and doesn't emote at all, Sans says:
"geez, lady, you really know how to pick them"
This sentence can be read in two different ways and "lady" and "them" can mean different things:
The first: lady refers to Toriel (since Sans and she always tell each other jokes) and them the human she sent out (since Toriel asked Sans to not kill Frisk as we learn later on a neutral/pacifist run).
BUT the second reading:
lady can also refer to Frisk since she's standing right in front of Sans and "them" for the jokes to laugh at.

I think it just referes to Toriel,not to Frisk.
He meant "Geez Tori(of course he didn't know her name),you really know how to pick human that i'm going to protect..."
