Description
Drawn to order for an astrologer's blog as a personification of the "Mercury Retrograde" event.

The main idea was to repeat the pose of Michael Jackson and his famous moonwalk back.

I reviewed several videos with Jackson frame by frame, found the most typical and readable leg positions as his gait.

Combined it with his trademark hand-on-the-hat gesture.

At the end, a cloak was added with a wing silhouette, its forward direction emphasizing that Hermes is walking backwards.
