When I originally put in the commission it was supposed to be her in her bedroom looking out the window on a rainy day thinking of him.
Also I thought it would be obvious that it's her based on her outfit and how she looks based on the current demo Sprite art.

Well, I mean, yeah it looks like her uniform, but by the time Kei's that shaggy- much less her having a framed picture of him- she'd be way too big to fit into any of that stuff she's in/around.

This is super cool, the style reminds me of something I once saw in anime, but I can't recall what it was though.
