Description
Basically what the title says.This is more or less me experimenting with a new technique for backgrounds and textures and with drawing a new style for Spyro and Sparx.
Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go crash for the night.

Yes I am, right now I'm currently doing a rough draft of how the pages are going to look and manage a time schedule for them.

I really like the style of this piece, and it got me thinking: it must have been really lonely (and maybe even a bit eerie), for Spyro on his journey, to see all of the dragon worlds abandoned like that. I never thought about it that way, thanks for that.

Thanks, I don't think he was totaly alone since this was also the first time that Spyro and Sparx met, which kind of irrated me that they never interact within the game.

There is a little backstory blurb in the japanese manual for the game telling about how Spyro and Sparx grew up together, but I'm not sure if it is considered canon.
Still, I would be a bit creeped out if one day everyone I knew was frozen in crystal.

True, True, but I personally don't think that the japanese manual is canon, mainly because it kind of contradicts what Spyro says to another dragon who gives Sparx his name.

This approach is just awesome. I love the simplicity the landscapes invoke, and the way you draw Spyro and Sparx looks as good as ever. If this is how you plan to do stuff in the future, I like where you're going.
