She used that art and replaced Cynder with Elora.. soo this art is stolen in a way.

Actually, I think it may be the other way around. The one with Cynder is a trace of this one with Elora.
Regardless, its obvious ~Mischef has no quarrel with the individual and has chosen not to take action, either that or she just doesn't care.
It still doesn't make the traced Cynder version any less stolen, however.
