It's cut with a razor blade from two different thicknesses of foam core board, painted with acrylic craft paint, and glued together with white glue. I think the thicker foam core was 3/4 of an inch, and the thinner was 1/4 inch or less. There's not a process to it or anything--most of it is just eyeballed, and I had to mix my own colors for the paint. Hope that helps!

Thank you! It's on half inch foam board rather than styrofoam, which is what I see a lot of these things made out of. Foam board's the stuff with the foamy bit sandwiched between thick paper, so you've got a smooth surface on the front and back to work with. The acrylic just gliiiiides on. The sides are another story, but the foam is pretty fine and if you're careful with cutting, it doesn't get too mangled. Hope yours comes out well!

While that would be awesome and is a very cool idea that should be implemented at some point, I'm making the noise the old-fashioned way: doing it myself. XD Once you hear the noise so often you get pretty good at mimicking it.
