Description
This species sea beast/dragon is called Necturus exocoetus . It can use its large fins to glide above the water. It also has external gills to breath under and above water. It uses its arms when it wanders up on the the beach to help pull it along. Its big fangs help scoop up fish when it glides just above the water. These creatures have a tendency to attack humans, Reptoids, and other beings when they feel threaten. They live in the seas of the planet Zetanoble.I inked this with microns.

that's a really amazing dragonn *_*
to me, it looks kinda elegant in way, maybe because the black background and a appreciate that. I think it works better with just black as it would with anythihng else
I'm not even gonna say anything about all the detail in this, because that's just beyond amazig *_* not even the drawing itself, but the thought of how many patience and hours must have been needed for that o_O

serikoulsy though, I'd go crazy drawing thos scales perfectly, I'd toss the damn thing out the window after 10minutes or so

This creature looks great! But along with the man in the corner it looks like they're floating in the space. I think it would look better even with subtle gradient in the background

Dang, you have quite the hand for detail! I like the creature design, and so cool that he's an underwater dragon, I very rarely see that on deviantart. Actually, not sure if I've ever seen it on deviantart before!

Super awesome and creative dragon... the only tiny critique is in your description, his awesome scientific name the N.E.... the Necturus is correct but "Exocoetus" should be lowercase and either italicized or underlined. I am a biology student and that has been drilled into me by professors! lol Most people would never notice... but if a scientist read your description and saw the proper notation, s/he would be super impressed! great work

The little diver there for scale is a nice touch. Kinda have to wonder what situations would make them feel threatened though. Cuz that diver's out of his league if they tangle.

It would feel threatened if you make fast movements towards it. If the diver stay calm and swim by slowly, than he should be okay.
