I've gotten a lot of demand the last few months to make more natural-themed/related adopts, so I thought I'd make a few. They're a lot of fun to make, and a great stress-reliever from grad school! Please let me know if these are ones you enjoy, and if you'd like to see more adopts along these lines in the future. Thanks!

I will contact you via Note or comment in regards to winning this auction. You will be able to send payment via PayPal. You will have up to 48 hours to pay after the bid closes; if you fail to pay within the 48 hours, the next highest bidder will have a chance to pay and obtain the design. What you see is what you will receive. You are able to utilize this design for anything you please, from roleplay to other artwork and beyond-- with the exception of breeding (however, exceptions can be made to the breeding rule-- please note me if interested)! You may alter it (but must make sure it is unique enough from all other designs—major changes must be confirmed by me; please check with me for clarifications), you may re-upload it (but must keep my watermark/signature and list me as the original creator in the description of the uploaded piece). Wait , I googled the time difference and made sure the bid was correct. I'm in Indiana 6pm EST for me translated to 5:00 PM CST. I was checking this auction around 5pm my time to 6pm. Unless I'm mistaken? And got the time difference wrong.

On my end, it shows you posted around 5:30 PM and the closing time occured at 5 PM

I wanted to show you this, I went into my settings and changed my DA timezone to CST and it says I posted at 4:25pm. If this makes it easier. I'm not sure whats happening but on my end it says I was on time.

That's very weird , I took a break at work just to make sure I didn't miss the time stamp. I looked at it repeatedly just to make sure no one out bid me. My shift even ended at 6pm that day. I feel like I'm crazy lol. I'm really not trying to swindle you or anything. But I feel like I'm correct in my time zone stuff. :/

I posted my comment around 5:30 EST. That means it was posted at 4:30 CST. So I should have been on time, I think? Unless I calculated something wrong xD

I set my settings to CST and I looked at their bid was at 4:59pm i.imgur.com/vS7jmi6.png and without changing the setting I compared it to mine i.imgur.com/nXKygMk.png . Both of us are over 5pm CST by an hour? What does this user's time stamp look to you on your end? I don't think it would change individual time stamps?

That's a bit weird o..o. I don't think it would make each individual's post that user's time zone. You could end up with 1 am and people posting after 2 mins later be in 8pm. Plus you'd have to convert everyone's individual time zones to your own. [That's a lot of work lol]. I think the setting changes all time stamps to the individual's time zone. Basically what the viewer see's is their time zone. Though I have no idea why it's showing on your end that I was an hour late but when I set mine to CST is says I was on time 4:30 pm. That's a bit mind boggling. May I see what time zone settign your using? If you can write it too me.
I'm not sure what to do either @..@ . I just don't wanna come off as butt or stubborn or anything like that. I'm truely a fan, I've been wanting an art piece from you for a long time. I've always missed out on auctions or just never been in the right situation to buy something. I'm finally in a position to actually afford one after all this time. So I've been thinking, perhaps the best route of action would be to re-hold the auction but I'll be sure to use a snipe guard this time around so that this doesn't happen again?

I don't think either of you are lying and I think both of you have a case here, for sure! I just think time is hella confusing and this is the most fair way I can think to deal with this issue q-q please let me know what you think. <3

I don't feel like this is very fair option. I feel like I've won this adopt fair and square. I didn't even snipe in this auction, I posted 30mins before it ended. :/ I feel like I'm being punished here for something I didn't do. I really don't want to hold the auction again. You've kind of ignored my other comments so it's a bit concerning for me that I feel like I'm being ignored here.

Oddly enough, I switched my time over to another new CDT/CST timezone, and it's finally showing me what you're talking about-- that you've posted at around 4:30 PM. I'm so confused as to why it is only showing the right time for some of the timezones within CDT/CST and not all of them, but I do believe that you made the bid before closing time..
PoeticElegance I am sorry but I am going to be awarding this design to Therionthropy based on this new discovery; I'm not sure why your computer continues to display the incorrect time
Also, apologies to all involved for this taking so long to figure out and understand. I've also employed friends' help in this matter, and we are all still very much confused and puzzled by this whole ordeal.

I just mainly wanted to figure this out because it was so odd. But thank you for the effort and solving the mystery. I'm sorry if I was difficult but it was not my intention. It's one of those moments you gotta fight for? you know? ^^ Maybe it was some weird DA bug. Maybe the time zones didn't switch because the day light savings in march? I have no idea. XD
Though I can't help but feel relief from this ordeal. I felt like I was wrong and questioned myself so many times. I felt crazy and I was just being dramatic and a bully to you both. I am sorry about the situation, I truely am .
