Preliminary sketch for a commission for of her OC and her Oc's bird actively hunting. This style of hunting is called falconry, and as a licensed falconer, I'm enjoying making this piece all too much. <3 Thanks for commissioning me dear! Also, I decided to name her bird "Gwaihir" after the king of the eagles in Lord of the Rings. In Tolkien's language it translates to "Windlord", so it seemed fitting! I'm such a nerd..... XD
