Description

Two new QuillFox design auctions are here! I have decided that this subspecies of QD will be maintained in the same manner as QuillDogs, and will be added to the official list as well. I want to eventually do other canine and canine-like creatures (aardwolves, maned wolf, raccoon dog, coyote, jackal, etc.) within the QuillDog species! Can’t wait!

On the left, we have the “Blessed Golden Dream,” QuillFox, and on the right, we have the “Midnight Lavender Menagerie” QuillFox! These QuillFoxes are cousins to one another—although related by blood, they are quite different and distinct from one another!

Born on the same day, one that sported a full moon, these cousin QuillFoxes were blessed in peculiar ways. Legend says that when these two QuillFoxes were born, both moonlight and sunlight beamed down into the wishing well at the same time. The one on the left was born at dawn, and the one on the right was born at dusk. The elders of the Village saw this as a sign from the heavens; these two QuillFoxes were destined for greatness! The one on the left, blessed with rays from the sun, glows bright-white, illuminating her surroundings wherever it travels. This creature has the ability to manipulate clouds (and furthermore, weather, shade, and sun!), often leaving a golden lining on the cloud when it does so. The QuillFox on the right, however, has quite different abilities: this creature can materialize into shadows and darkness at will, and can manipulate reflections—even manipulating others’ reflections, causing confusion and madness!

**Please note: Each auction winner will receive the following: one version of their QuillFox with the background, and one version of their QuillFox with the transparent-background piece of the character. No jewelry-less versions were saved in the making of these designs (woops I merged layers way too fast ;-; )

You will have up to 24 hours to pay after the bid closes; if you fail to pay within the 24 hours, the next highest bidder will have a chance to pay and obtain the design. You are able to utilize this design for anything you please, from roleplay to other artwork and beyond-- with the exception of breeding (however, exceptions can be made to the breeding rule-- please note me if interested)! You may alter it (but must make sure it is unique enough from all other QuillDogs—major changes must be confirmed by me; please check with me for clarifications), you may re-upload it (but must keep my watermark/signature and list me as the original creator in the description of the uploaded piece). If you have any other questions concerning your rights to the design if you win it, I’ll be more than happy to answer them, so just ask!
