This past month, and especially the last week or so, has been so unbelievably tough. Grandma slept a lot today and we couldn't wake her. This has been exhausting and so very hard to see my grandmother go downhill so quickly. Just last month she was fine and mobile. This spinal infection has taken the use and sensation of everything from the waist down, and has now taken her life and through it all, she has always been acepting and not once mad or angry.
Grandma Florence passed away just before 10 PM. My heart is crushed, but I am so glad she is not in any more pain. What a wonderful lady and loving grandmother she was. She was an example of love and unwavering spirit for over 91 years on this earth. She is now at peace with the Lord.

I'm so sorry for your loss.. I unfurtunately had to go trough the sudden change of health of two of my grampas too and in just a couple of years from each others ,and i know its really an overwelming situation that no one should go trough.....
I'm happy tough that she had a long life and you could take care of her in her last days.... and this piece is truly a wonderful memorial for her...
