I am so, so excited to introduce these puppies to you all-- these are the FIRST EVER tribred pups, created from the pairing of NeoImperia 's Quilldog/Phoefox hybrid and Bluebird 's QuillDog/Jackaluna hybrid! The resulting pups are 50% QuillDog, 25% Phoefox, and 25% Jackaluna! These pups are not ranked and do not follow certain limitations to species, but they are officially recognized by QuillDogs, Phoefoxes, and Jackalunas! I've decided to leave name and gender up to the future owners; however, I do have some traits/background info for each I'd like to share! Without further ado, allow me to introduce them to you:
1. Has a whistle, bird-like howl; bird friend often travels perched on its tail, or within the tree in its orb. Its leaves bleed blood, and it is said that whoever touches the leaves under the light of an eclipsed moon will gain immense power. Quite the elusive, foreboding pup.
2. It's gentle halo glows a radiant light when it is dark; this pup has an intricate thought process and is quite articulate with words. It is a bookworm, keeping parchment scraps that are written with history and spells in amongst its many tails. There is an air of pride with this pup, confident and sharp-witted.
3. It is said that its tail's serpentine beast is linked to the lunar eclipse, and allows the pup to turn into a dragon during these occurances! The warm golden hues of its fur are rumored to be stardust, and can grant many blessings. Genuinely good-natured and kind-hearted, this pup is also quite guarded with its heart and abilities, often venturing alone.
4. Sharp as a tack and just as edgy, this pup stands tall and is quite agile. Its many tails are decorated with bright stars; each star is said to contain a wish from someone who wished into a wishing well. An interesting complex of cunning and kind, this pup has an affinity for golden coins.
5. The bioluminescent winter solstice was immortalized in this pup's orb, paying homage to the course of the moon that this pup's father is so inherently linked to. Its orb can cause the air around it to freeze, dropping flying birds to their frozen deaths. There is a somber sadness associated with this creature, as its deadly cold keeps many friends away.
6. Sometimes made fun of by its siblings, this pup sports a greyish pelt. In many ways it is similar to its Halloween-ish mother: early in life, this pup adopted an abandoned spirit, who often swings from the tree swing, suspended from the tree in its orbs. This pup and the spirit and nearly inseperable and always seen together; both make each other happy. This pup is quite shy and so very worried of being a bother to others.
7. This pup, sometimes referred to as the "moon fisher," has an intriguing affinity for fish-- and even stores them in the lake-like environment found in its orb! This pup is well-known for their patience and dexterity, often fishing using the threads that hang suspended from its quills. This pup has a knack for water-related magic, and can speak with aquatic beasts naturally.
8. Lover of stars, this pup often find itself stargazing at night. Having an affinity and gift for star-related magic, this pup has all of the constellations of the sky remembered, and has even created its own alphabet by transposing various constellations on top of one another. Often misunderstood and deemed "weird" by its siblings, this pup is aloof and often careless in regards to what others think.

9. This pup's orb sports the unique combination of stormy rain and spring blue butterflies and vegetation, its greyish, stormy hues paying homage to its mother's relation to Halloween. Softspoken but steadfastly devoted to its beliefs, this pup has the power to create lightning and storms within its orb, causing air pressure and condensation to occur around it as it travels.

10. This pup, nicknamed "the eclipse's shadow" by its siblings, is the darkest and most morbid of the bunch. Angsty and foul in multiple ways, it seeks out trouble wherever it goes-- it keeps a dark, shadowy creature within the orb of its tail; rumor says that the pup is haunted by this creature.

11. Cool, calm, and collected, this pup sports three lovely orbs that display an array of aurora colors and a moon in constant phase of eclipse! They say that this pup's moon was inherited from its father, and if the moon is ever stolen from its tail, the moon's shadow will cast eternal magical darkness on the thief!

12. Last but not least, this pup is the youngest of the bunch, and sports quite the light complexion-- this pup is leucistic, but its siblings say that its brilliantly bright coloration pays homage to the Halloween moon and the penumbra of the eclipse. Strong and protective, and often tries to make others laugh, despite its siblings poking fun at its bright pelt. When under the light of a full moon, the light-hued fur of this creature is said to have healing powers to all who touch it.
As usual, I've given the parents, NeoImperia and Bluebird first picks of the litter! The remaining ten puppies are all up for adoption.
