Finished custom commission design for Larkathewolfofheaven ! This is a design based on the pairing of Galaxy and Twaling, two of their QuillDogs. This is Twixa's Day form! Over 60 layers ahah

Born at the height of winter solstice, when the world is at is darkest and the shadows are the longest, it is said that the light of galaxies was reflected in its eyes since birth. Affectionately called Twilixaga, or Twixa ("Twiza") for short, this unique QuillDog deity bears various characteristics of both of its parents, and is just as powerful. Twixa's tail twists and turns like a real nebula, mimicing the milky way above. Dancing orbs of blue always linger near it, and a large orb resides along its spine and between its four wings. The larger wings display a unique pattern only seen under UV light, and the smaller set of wings have a beautiful assortment of moons, which are warm and velvety to the touch. The ruby orb upon its skull allows it to align intergalactic power from beyond our own stratosphere.

During the day, it's larger wings carry depictions of moons, while its smaller wings do not-- it's eyes also change quite remarkably; it is said that the orbs that surround this creature dance about in the daytime, soaking in the sun's radiance. Its body shimmers and can refract the sun's rays into the eyes of its enemies; when there are solar flares, the galaxy orbs that hover around it roar and twist about!
