first updateadded markings on the face; changed eye shadow a bit, changed facial contours, changed blood also
I used some resources, but I'll give complete list when I have finished this completely
Second update (05/23/2014)
Got rid oif the markings... I simply wasn't convinced by them. Might find another solution, because I like the idea of them
Tried my hand at more realisitc blood... still not happy, but hey it's an improvement at least

It was quickly done and will probably change over time.
but for now it has to be like this.
Let's think of her/me as a fallen angel, and looking at the image I have in my head for this manipulation; you could look at it as if she were Lucifer and actually regrets the things she has done; or something cliché like that x]
the blood will be more detailed, the same goes for the teeth etc etc; I am simply showing it now as I doubt I will change it any time soon and prove to you that I have been somewhat productive these last few days. It was just hard with the new laptop and having to manage without photoshop xP

well a lot of it is drawn, like a lot of details in the hair etc;
but I swear that it is just a modified photo ^^ as you can see in my nose and the right feather
