if anyone cares 2 read this comment, theres the race for the cure in Salt Lake City next saturday on May 7th, 2011. I'm totally walking the whole 3 miles, and because i live so close 2 it. the T-shirts r awesome. if i recall, there should still b a "Sleep in for the cure" just send ur money 2 the Susan G. Colman Foundation and do nothing. That is 4 the ppl who live far away from Salt Lake

3 years ago, my mom got breast cancer. I was barely touching 13 then, still a child. It traumatized me to this day. I developed anorexia, which I've been struggling with this year. I thought that that horrible cancer bug you drew there had been buried but it was so sneaky. Yesterday she went for some tests and it turns out the cancer's spread now. To her bones and her liver. We used to share a moment's silence when we heard of people where it had spread to the bones. We'd say, "When it gets there, it's pretty bad. Luckily it's not us." And now.. it is.

my momma has stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. We're gonna do a race for the cure next year in march. If you want to do one to, head to Koman.org and search your area to see when a race is going on near you.

My school librarian was a breast cancer survivor; we were all scared to death when she was in the hospital, and when she came back everyone gave her hugs and presents and she resumed her giant teddy bear collection.

I just draw it because occassionally I am sick, so I draw myself sick and expressing the gayness of a cold and then the next day I am perfectly fine, its awesome D:

I lost my grandfather to cancel two weeks ago...the doctors..those fucking doctors we trusted...they could've fucking saved him but they didnt get off there asses and do anything other than put him on kemo and pain meds when it was to severe...and they knew he might've had cancer int he past but FAILED to tell anyone...so they fucked up big time...Were sueing them...and Im gonna ask if we could put some of the money into the strive for a cure foundation..

Aww I am so sorry about that, of course, I doubt my words can comfort you, but I know your pain, a similar thing happened to me, my grandfather died because the doctors did nothing.

I am happy to say that my grandmother kicked cancer's ass when she was young and she is alive and well right now.
