Basil from "the great mouse detective"Disney's version of my persinal hero Sherlock Holmes. when i was little i was absolutly in love with this film and when i saw it the other day i fell inlove with it all over again. this peace is alitle wird, i wont lie. it draws as much insperation from the classic cartoon as it does a more modern and slightly groosum version called "case of evil"
ok, so this is more a first draft then a final work, but for an houer of doodeling im pretty proud. still it needs some more shading and ilitle more depth.

Very nice! With the title and the picture on the wall I'm left to wonder...is the requiem for her? Whoever she was to him? Great work...I love the shading and his expression. There's something about someone staring out of a window while he plays the violin that's very melancholy. Great work...I really like this piece!
