Description
This drawing was inspired by Room 123, which I managed to access during my very first Undertale run. I have no idea how, since I didn't mess with the code... Anyway, you can watch it here: youtu.be/BPm1fNdUPcE I believe that this weird "friend" is Chara.
And yeah, my version of Chara and Frisk are females late teens.

Headcanon time! (spoilers)
Chara is awaken from death in all routes, but is active only in Genocide route. In the Neutral/Pacifist they are following Frisk, invisible and inaudible, like a ghost (I mean, a human ghost). Room 123 is the only occassion, when Chara is able to show themself.
Flowey is the only one able to sense Chara's presence, since they had once very strong bond and even shared one body. Of course, he doesn't realize that Chara is there all the time and later he assumes he was "projecting". In the Genocide route, more characters are able to sense Chara, thus comments of Frisk not being human.
