Lithuania is at Poland's house and he's talking about how scared of Russia he is and then he starts trembling and crying as he's talking about the punishments Russia gives him if he messes up the slightest bit, then Poland walks over to him and holds his face (like in ur picture) and yells at him saying stuff like "Lithuania, you're strong! You beat the Tunic Knights all those years ago! You saved me! Don't be afriad of that stupid Russian jerk! Believe in yourself for God's sake!"
