All i did was shrink it down a lil to make it easier to work with and made the format into .PNG because the original was fuzzy and shaded it a bit different thts why i called this a edit/re-sizing.please credit me and the original owner

I think you may hae downloaded it wrong cuz you said it was fuzzy, but my bases are always in .png format. That or it was only fuzzy because you shrunk it. I've downloaded that base to test it, and it's still a .png file. I don't mind that you did this, since you gave me credit, I just wanted to clear that up
