Wow, he looks great!
You've got his face perfectly, although maybe his hair is a bit too close to his head and not floppy and boofy-up enough - on the other hand, I'm used to drawing him with exaggerated hair, so he probably looks fine from a normal point of view
As always, I love all the details, especially the TARDIS in the background :3
