we also call them "Morning Glory" (although they will bind up tractor implements... hence, the name "bindweed")

Thank you Yes, I've heard the morning glory- name too. It's a glorious weed
It seems that my greatgrandmother brought it to the flowerbeds from the fields... in that time there weren't so much perennials, and this is a pretty flower, although it's very tough to spread. So now my mother has some troube saving her perennials from this weed
