this is Binx! she was originally created as an inside joke but she became a real oc, wow

she's also the first of a closed species still in the works

she stands at 5 ft tall at the head, 2 feet taller than a normal member of her species

since her species looks so silly, I thought I'd call them kikapo! this one is the mother of all of 'em, with ice powers and she sparklesssss

and yes, she can fly with those wings
