Description 1 week smoke free… Whoot..

This is my entry into `angelles 's Phoenix Rising Contest.

So I’m guessing you can see my aim for this design. This is is basically how I feel in regards to not smoking.. As hard as it is ATM to not light up (LOL) I will win and allow my body to recover from the damage I’ve done to it over the many years of unintentionally destroying it.

PS. This design is available on a T.Shirt @ my RedBubble store [link]

I am so impressed with your beautiful design. This would look awesome on a black t-shirt.

I wish you all the best with kicking the habit. I tried but failed miserably at quitting. Hope you succeed, Kel.

Thanx
I still have had a ciggy and it's getting easier to cope with, but I don't think I'd be able to do it without the patches
Also here's the design on a shirt if you want to look [link]

I'm using nicabate smoking patches [link]
They seem t be working. Whay they do is slowly release nicatine into you system so you don't get the urge to light up. Although they do have some side effects, like weird dreams... LOL

Congratulations. is hard at the beggining, but it can be done. I've been free for 2 years, and it's worth every day.

Best wishes in the contest.

I know, what makes it worse is that I actually enjoy smoking... lol
Congrats on 2 years. I hope I can last that long this time round

Kool!!!! I hope you continue with the *smoke free* ...I quit a year ago last month, after about 44 years of smoking.

Thank you
This is my 4th attempt at quitting, I usually last above 6 months and something happens that makes me start again.

Welcome.. I did the same years ago, but I think the longest was a week!!! I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. If you start again, it is fine, just pick another day and try again. My daughter said I am a calmer person since I quit. And I always thought I was very calm!! She and her husband , after several attempts and setbacks, have been not smoking for about 7 months now, I think. They are also doing this for their 4 year old daughter. Anyway I know it is soooooooooooooooooooooooo very hard, but like anything else, just try again, as many times as you need to!!!
